Job Requirements
- Associate degree
- Minimum of three years experience in the food service industry
- Excellent knife skills
- Effective communication skills
- Provide official transcripts within 30 days of selection
- Teaching experience preferred
- Experience in lesson plan writing and instructional menu development preferred
- Experience with budget and purchasing preferred
- Prior restaurant supervision or chef experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree in culinary arts or related field
- Demonstrated competencies in culinary teaching discipline
- Minimum of three years experience in the food service industry

Job Duties
- Teach seated curriculum culinary classes
- Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as a part-time curriculum faculty member
- Deliver instruction to a diverse student population using various course delivery methods
- Adapt teaching methods to various course delivery lengths
- Develop lesson plans and instructional menus
- Contribute to budget creation and purchasing decisions
- Apply professional culinary skills and knowledge in instructional activities
