Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good verbal communication skills
- Willingness to comply with Florida background screening
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare dining room for service by setting table linen and tablescape, condiments, service plates, and utensils
- Reset tables during and after dining service
- Serve ordered choices promptly and efficiently
- Greet guests warmly during initial welcome
- Provide hospitality and excellent customer service throughout the meal
- Understand menu items and ingredients and explain preparation methods
- Make menu suggestions based on guest preferences
