Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to provide friendly, respectful customer service
- Capacity to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning duties
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence

Job Duties
- Serve meals to residents and be one of the smiling faces they see every single day
- Provide unparalleled customer service to residents and their guests
- Work in the large open dining room within the breathtaking community
- Build positive, impactful relationships with residents and peers by working hard and giving your best
- Clean and reset tables and chairs
- Vacuum dining room carpet and clean the salad bar area
- Live by the core values of respect, kindness & compassion, honesty, and service excellence
