Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome and greet all visitors, clients, and partners, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience upon arrival
  • Manage conference room scheduling and availability
  • Provide a best in class office experience to our employees and guests
  • Ensure the kitchen and common spaces are tidy, and that the pantry is stocked
  • Maintain conference rooms to standards and keep kitchen and common areas clean and professional
  • Provide back-up support to other administrative staff when needed
  • Perform ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned
