Job Requirements
- Previous work experience as a pizza maker in a professional setting required
- food handler’s license preferred
- hands-on experience with preparing pizza doughs
- familiarity with professional brick or stone ovens
- proven food preparation and food handling experience including manual dexterity in operating cutting tools and kitchen utensils
- working knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- ability to follow standardized recipes
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work in a team
- excellent communication skills
- exceptional customer service skills

Job Duties
- Preparing high-quality pizzas according to standardized protocols
- adapting pizza SOP for variable conditions including ingredient sourcing and trialing
- monitoring pizza oven temperatures and cooking times
- ensuring pizza consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- maintaining food order slips and timely completion of customer orders
- communicating menu changes to retail management and staff
- being aware of and communicating potential food allergens
- monitoring inventory and notifying management of low stock levels
- keeping work areas and kitchen sanitized and clean
- performing other kitchen duties as assigned
