Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • ability to spend long periods on your feet
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to pass a drug test
  • reliable transportation
  • certification of culinary training or secondary-level education preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of pastry cooking experience
  • knowledgeable in culinary techniques related to pastry and dessert production
  • ability to expand culinary ability continuously
  • motivated and service-oriented attitude
  • strong attention to detail
  • effective communication skills in English
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable transportation
  • culinary training certification or secondary-level education preferred
  • ability to spend long periods standing

Job Duties

  • Scale pastry mixes and fillings
  • produce individual desserts and frozen desserts
  • prepare cookies, bars, pies, cakes, doughs, and breads
  • manage the ice cream bar consistently
  • produce muffins and cookies meeting quality and presentation standards
  • ensure excellent time management to maintain high pastry quality
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry workspace
