Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- A smartphone
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- Contractor position with own open bed pickup truck required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
- Experience in a similar waste management or physical labor role is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic smartphone proficiency
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
- Transfer collected waste to the onsite trash compactor
- Work 5 nights per week during evening hours
- Start shifts at 8:00 PM and finish by 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Work independently in an active outdoor setting
- Maintain physical fitness while performing job duties
