Job Requirements

- Must meet legal age to serve alcoholic beverages at select properties
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hotel or related field preferred
- Familiarity with brand standards and procedures
- Basic verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Windows and company software
- Ability to obtain alcohol awareness certification
- Desire to serve guests and provide great customer service
Job Duties
- Register guests and make reservations
- Prepare daily reports and balance transactions
- Conduct security walks and maintain safety
- Complete the End of Day process
- Perform Night Audit checklist for computer procedures
- Balance miscellaneous revenues and paperwork
- Prepare and distribute Daily Flash Report
- Transfer master or house accounts
- Run morning reports as per MCR and Brand procedures
- Provide attentive and courteous guest service overnight
- Operate telephone switchboard and answer inquiries
- Maintain communication and teamwork within hotel departments
- Assist with breakfast setup in select hotels
- Respond promptly to guest requests
- Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information
- Document guest requests and complaints
- Be knowledgeable of rates, packages, and special promotions
- Manage check-in and check-out process accurately
- Use brand standard tools to ensure guest satisfaction
- Restock front desk supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
