Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years in customer service or hospitality
  • Preferably 1 year in a supervisory or concierge role
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Capability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors
  • Monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter
  • Assist with deliveries and maintain secure entry points
  • Communicate effectively with property management and support teams
  • Stay informed about local businesses and services to assist residents and guests
  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality in all interactions
  • Support the Lead Lobby Attendant with property-specific duties as needed
