Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years in customer service or hospitality
- Preferably 1 year in a supervisory or concierge role
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Capability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors
- Monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter
- Assist with deliveries and maintain secure entry points
- Communicate effectively with property management and support teams
- Stay informed about local businesses and services to assist residents and guests
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality in all interactions
- Support the Lead Lobby Attendant with property-specific duties as needed
