- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- cash handling experience
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Greet guests with professionalism and warmth
- prepare and assemble welcome amenities
- perform cash drops in accordance with proper procedures
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- handle confidential guest information
- resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
- collaborate with food and beverage operations including bartending and barista duties
- oversee the Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, guest check-in and check-out, and servicing of meeting rooms
