Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience or training is preferred
  • strong customer service skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to manage multiple phone lines
  • commitment to adhering to safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
  • familiarity with managing multiple phone lines is a plus
  • strong customer service and organizational skills are essential
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • provide exceptional customer service while adhering to safety protocols
  • facilitate an efficient flow of customers through the reception area
  • manage incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and forwarding them following company guidelines
  • navigate managed care plans and obtain necessary documentation from insurance providers
  • deliver accurate information to customers and assist them effectively
  • schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes
  • organize and file patient records on a daily basis and prepare files for upcoming appointments
  • monitor order statuses, communicate updates to customers regarding their orders and any potential delays
  • maintain a tidy and presentable reception area stocked with necessary materials
  • handle daily mail and deliveries while keeping track of office supply inventory
  • participate in mandatory communication meetings regularly
