Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or training is preferred
- strong customer service skills
- strong organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple phone lines
- commitment to adhering to safety protocols

Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service while adhering to safety protocols
- facilitate an efficient flow of customers through the reception area
- manage incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and forwarding them following company guidelines
- navigate managed care plans and obtain necessary documentation from insurance providers
- deliver accurate information to customers and assist them effectively
- schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes
- organize and file patient records on a daily basis and prepare files for upcoming appointments
- monitor order statuses, communicate updates to customers regarding their orders and any potential delays
- maintain a tidy and presentable reception area stocked with necessary materials
- handle daily mail and deliveries while keeping track of office supply inventory
- participate in mandatory communication meetings regularly
