Job Requirements
- Access to a reliable open bed pickup truck
- Smartphone with active data plan
- Ability to carry up to 50lbs without assistance
- Availability during evening shifts, specifically Sundays from 6PM until completion and Monday through Thursday from 7PM until completion
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Ability to work part-time hours consistently each week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in trash collection or similar physical labor roles preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain an open bed pickup truck
- Strong physical fitness and stamina
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling from residents' doors in assigned communities
- Load collected trash into pickup truck and transport it to onsite compactor or bins
- Navigate stairs and handle physical lifting up to 50lbs
- Communicate effectively using smartphone with data plan
- Maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled evening shifts
- Ensure cleanliness and uphold community standards through thorough collection
- Report any issues or concerns to management promptly
