- Pickup and deliver parcels ensuring the integrity of all packages
- Chart out the shortest and most efficient way to reach pickup and delivery locations using conventional maps or GPS
- Update dispatch about the status of deliveries through mobile applications
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Maintain a clean vehicle
- Communicate clearly and effectively with dispatch
