Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- must possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that is insurable by the company
- must pass a background check and drug screening
- must carry an acceptable level of vehicle insurance as required by the company

Job Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles such as vans or small trucks for pick-up and delivery of printed materials, multimedia products, and supplies
- load and unload products ensuring all items are properly secured to prevent damage in transit
- verify delivery documentation including packing slips, invoices, and delivery logs for accuracy before departure
- provide professional courteous customer service when interacting with clients, vendors, and internal staff
- maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle, reporting maintenance or repair needs promptly
- follow all company safety policies, traffic laws, and local regulations
- assist in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory staging, and packaging during non-driving periods if needed
- keep current and updated on mail and postal regulations
- follow procedure in the event of an accident involving a company vehicle as detailed in FCP Motor Vehicle Safety Program
- communicate delivery status, delays, or issues to dispatch or operations team in a timely manner
