Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- valid driver's license
- ability to lift and carry 30 plus pounds regularly
- ability to ascend and descend stairs
- availability to work varied hours including weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- commitment to punctuality and teamwork
- ability to communicate effectively with customers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or grocery retail preferred but not required
- ability to use store technology such as scanners and registers
- excellent verbal communication skills
- friendly and outgoing personality
- motivated to learn and grow professionally
Job Duties
- Make lasting connections with customers
- ensure customers get the best produce, meat and dairy products available
- shop customers' orders and deliver to their cars or home address including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
- maintain a clean and safe store environment
- promptly and courteously deliver grocery orders during scheduled time slots
- maintain good communication with customers throughout transactions
- work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
