Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- valid Class A or B CDL license
- valid medical certificate or ability to obtain
- ability to pass motor vehicle record screening
- ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations
- ability to obtain required sales related licensure if applicable
- ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with air brake endorsement
- valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one
- ability to pass MVR screening
- ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- knowledge of DOT regulations

Job Duties
- Provides SMART customer service at all times through daily execution of Lowe's policies
- seeks out customers and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
- responds knowledgeably and promptly to customer and employee questions
- communicates information regarding stock, orders, benefits, and warranties
- plans delivery activities and prints loading tickets
- pulls merchandise and loads trucks within payload limits
- inspects condition of products before delivery
- matches items on invoice with quantities loaded
- ensures loads are safe, secure, and DOT compliant
- updates delivery and route status on tracking systems
- unloads, installs, and tests appliances upon delivery
- conducts vehicle inspections and maintains equipment cleanliness and repairs
- completes DOT reporting for certification compliance
- detects signs of shoplifting and theft
- ensures compliance with housekeeping and safety programs
- operates store equipment as needed
- performs additional duties as assigned
