Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of related experience or training preferred
- fluency in English and Spanish (reading and speaking) required
- strong customer service skills
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple phone lines
- basic knowledge of managed care plans and insurance documentation
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- 0-2 years of related experience or training is preferred
- experience handling multiple phone lines is a plus
- strong customer service skills are essential
- excellent organizational skills are required
- fluency in both English and Spanish (reading and speaking) is a must
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to safety protocols
- ensure a smooth customer flow in the store
- professionally manage incoming phone calls, screening and directing as necessary
- process and understand managed care plans, gathering necessary documentation from insurance companies
- provide accurate information regarding our services and products
- schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and educational classes
- organize and file patient records daily while preparing files for upcoming appointments
- check order statuses and keep customers informed about delivery or delays
- maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area with essential materials
- sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries, while keeping track of office supplies
- participate in regular team meetings to foster clear communication
