Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year bartending experience in a high-end bar
- Valid TIPS certification or equivalent
- Ability to lift moderate weight
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Commitment to upholding hospitality and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- At least one year experience working in a high-end bar with a complex beer, wine, and cocktail menu
- True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- TIPS certification or equivalent
- Supportive team player
- Maintains positive attitude and takes initiative to get the job done
Job Duties
- Provide libations and offer customized beverage recommendations
- Maintain an attractive and well-stocked bar area
- Adhere to sanitation and safety standards consistently
- Engage in casual conversation and foster guest rapport
- Understand and apply local and state serving guidelines
- Utilize knowledge of mixology trends and bar equipment
- Uphold brand standards and hospitality values in all guest interactions
