Job Requirements
- Previous barista experience is required
- beer, bartending, or restaurant experience is a plus (or a willingness to learn)
- part-time availability 10-15 hours per week, mostly weekend, day shifts
- ability to work flexible hours based on events and foot traffic
- must have or be willing to obtain food handler certification
- must have or be willing to obtain TABC certification
- able to lift up to 55 lbs
- excellent communication skills
- positive attitude and a team player
Job Qualifications
- Proven barista experience (dialing in espresso, steaming milk, handling rushes)
- interest in craft beer and willingness to learn beertending skills
- food handler certification and TABC certification required (if not up to date, must be willing to obtain)
- must be able to lift up to 55 lbs
- friendly demeanor and strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Craft high-quality espresso drinks, coffee, and tea with consistency and care
- create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
- learn and pour draft beer (training provided if needed)
- assist customers with questions and recommendations about both coffee and beer offerings
- keep tabs accurate using our user-friendly POS system
- help maintain cleanliness in our bar and seating areas
