Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior bar or restaurant experience preferred
- ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- adherence to local alcohol laws and company policies
- good physical stamina
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- strong interpersonal skills

- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- maintain, stock and clean the bar
- stay informed of current menu items and descriptions
- set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- handle side duties including stocking ice bins, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers
- par all ice bins and inventory per venue specifications
- dispose of trash and recyclables in proper receptacles
- attend pre-shift meetings
- perform opening, running, and closing duties
- ensure responsible alcohol service
- clean and assist in maintaining the bar
- assist with inventory, product rotation, and date labeling
- follow company and safety policies
- report accidents and unsafe conditions
- perform other duties as assigned
