Job Requirements

  • Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift moderate weights

Job Duties

  • Order, receive, and stock delivery of ingredients and supplies
  • Cook, prepare, and assemble menu items according to recipe and customer specifications
  • Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and griddles
  • Clean, stock, and restock food preparation areas and utensils including dishwashing
  • Properly package and label food products and store in designated areas
  • Adhere to safety and quality requirements including food temperature and contamination prevention
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors and remove trash as required
