Job Duties
- Serve as key receptionist at front desk
- Document preparation including memos, reports, and presentations
- General office operations including photocopying, faxing, mailing, emailing, office supplies procurement
- Serve as primary contact for internal and external communications
- Information management including site calendars, contact lists
- Meeting and event planning
- Special projects including research and data analysis
- Other duties as assigned
