Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary field with a focus on high volume production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience if less than 2 years experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Adept at troubleshooting and managing difficult situations calmly
- Passion for culinary and guest delight
- Proven ability to work with recipes
- Understanding of knife usage
- Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
- Excellent guest service skills
- Passion and enthusiasm for kitchen work
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Food Safety Certification or equivalent
- Ability to work with kitchen technology
- Must be flexible and able to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications

- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience required with less than 2 years of experience in culinary field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction
- Proven ability to create, read, and understand recipes
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Food Safety Certification or equivalent
- Ability to work with culinary technology systems
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Basic wine knowledge preferred
- Vocation school training or high school certification
- Culinary education degree, certification from CIA or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Manage inventory and assist in ingredient preparation
- Troubleshoot kitchen issues in a fast-paced environment
- Provide excellent guest service and contribute to service recovery when needed
