Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 2 years culinary field experience or culinary education degree with less than 2 years experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction
  • Ability to read and understand recipes
  • Knowledge of knife handling and usage
  • Positive and helpful attitude towards guests and cast members
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Passion and enthusiasm for kitchen work
  • Knowledge of culinary terminology
  • Food safety certification or equivalent
  • Ability to work with technology systems
  • Must be flexible to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary education degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years culinary experience in high volume production
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create, read, and understand recipes
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
  • Food safety certification
  • Basic wine knowledge preferred
  • Experience working with kitchen technology systems

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced fine dining environment
  • Assist in menu development and recipe execution
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
  • Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Provide excellent guest service and appropriate service recovery
