Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license held for at least two years
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Ability to stand, run, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license held for at least two years
- Ability to drive manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission vehicles
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Experience in valet parking or customer service preferred
- Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to handle fast-paced environments
- Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions to guests for self-parking
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession following company guidelines
- Maintain company uniform appearance and demonstrate positive customer interaction
- Stand, walk and occasionally assist with lifting items up to 50 pounds
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks and other special projects as assigned
