Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must demonstrate basic competency in reading, writing, speaking, simple arithmetic and personal interaction
- Must be able to use 2-way radios and follow appropriate radio operating
- Must be able to occasionally work and make decisions without direct supervision
- Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Must be able to work outdoors in cold, heat and extreme weather conditions
- Must have the ability to bend, kneel, handle, reach, grasp and perform repetitive motions
- Must maintain pleasant and professional interaction with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic competency in reading, writing, speaking, simple arithmetic and personal interaction
- Ability to use 2-way radios and follow radio operating procedures
- Ability to work independently when necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Direct guest, commercial and employee vehicles for orderly and efficient parking on resort property
- Expedite safe flow of traffic with minimal congestion
- Scan and verify guest, commercial and employee vehicles for appropriate reservation credentials
- Resolve issues as they arise to keep traffic flowing efficiently
- Interact with guests, employees and vendors in a pleasant manner
- Provide information for guests to assist them while navigating in the resort
- Operate 2-way radio for communication with supervisors and co-workers
- Direct vehicles to parking in assigned lots
