- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- previous customer service or hospitality experience
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- good communication skills
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- basic knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response

Job Duties
- Greet and check in guests of Paradise and Saguaro pools
- answer all guest questions and requests in a prompt, courteous and friendly manner
- make reservations and sell retail merchandise
- set up all cabanas and concierge desk daily according to standards
- actively participate in pool and cabana cleanliness and merchandising
- prepare cabana guest lists with accurate pricing and guest information
- answer phones, assist in taking special orders, and ring in sales
- regularly inspect perimeter pool areas and maintain cleanliness
- demonstrate safety knowledge and act appropriately in emergencies
