Job Duties
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude
- Open and close the restaurant
- Manage day-to-day operations including inventory and cash management with POS and shift reports
- Ensure product making and quality control meet Papa John’s standards
- Take customer orders, answer phones occasionally, and act as a cashier when needed
- Help manage adequate inventory levels
- Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and organized
- Follow safety and security standards
- Be responsible for opening or closing shifts
- Manage profit and loss statements
- Train and develop team members
- Communicate standards and hold teams accountable
- Work a 50-hour week with nights and weekends
