Job Requirements

  • at least 6 months experience in a restaurant of similar capacity and level of cuisine
  • knowledge of basic cooking and food preparation techniques
  • ability to follow a recipe, including performing basic math skills
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs and reach up to 7 feet
  • capability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift

Job Duties

  • execute all assigned menu items in coordination with the identified team member on duty, preparing pantry menu items according to recipes and guidelines
  • ensure the highest possible standards of guest service are provided, listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions
  • maintain a clean and organized pantry at all times, stocking and storing food products as needed and adhering to all health and sanitation standards
  • prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
