Job Requirements
- A semi-truck (power only or dry van) with valid DOT and MC authority
- Commercial insurance coverage
- Valid CDL
- Clean driving record
- Background check
- Drug test
- Motor vehicle record (MVR) check
- Compliance with DOT safety and maintenance standards
- Ability to work full-time or on a contract basis
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Prior experience preferred but not mandatory
Job Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- Clean driving record
- Experience in freight delivery or logistics preferred
- Ability to comply with DOT safety and maintenance regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage or coordinate with drivers and helpers
- English proficiency with bilingual skills considered an advantage
Job Duties
- Manage semi-truck operations to deliver freight safely and efficiently
- Maintain compliance with DOT safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate routes and schedules in collaboration with carrier partners
- Utilize DriverReady platform resources to access drivers, helpers, and insurance
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and handle necessary documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team to ensure timely deliveries
- Adhere to all safety, legal, and company policies during operations
