Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
  • must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years)
  • must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
  • must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • must maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
  • adherence to company policies and procedures
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work in various weather conditions and both indoor and outdoor environments

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Record vehicle condition and damage on claim tickets
  • safely operate guest vehicles and follow key handling protocols
  • accurately clock in/out and report all tips
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
  • resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
  • arrive on time in uniform and follow all company policies
  • assist with additional duties as needed
