Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years)
must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
must maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
adherence to company policies and procedures
effective communication skills
ability to work in various weather conditions and both indoor and outdoor environments

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
previous customer service experience preferred
a helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset are essential

Job Duties

Record vehicle condition and damage on claim tickets
safely operate guest vehicles and follow key handling protocols
accurately clock in/out and report all tips
maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
arrive on time in uniform and follow all company policies
assist with additional duties as needed
