Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Maintain acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
Pass and maintain clean background check
Ability to stand, walk, run short distances and lift up to 50 pounds
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Adhere to company rules and policies
Maintain uniform and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Previous customer service experience preferred
Helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
Valid driver's license
Maintain acceptable motor vehicle record
Pass and maintain clean background check
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to create welcoming guest interactions

Job Duties

Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
Clock in and out accurately for shifts and breaks
Keep valet area clean, organized, and presentable
Handle guest concerns politely and resolve problems quickly
Arrive on time in full uniform and adhere to company policies
Assist with other tasks to support team and daily operations
