Job Requirements

  • Must have a professional, warm, and approachable disposition
  • fluently read, write, and speak English
  • demonstrated ability to remain level-headed in hectic and tense situations
  • ability to complete tasks accurately and on time while working alone with little to no direct supervision
  • availability to work overnight shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication skills
  • prior experience in hotel front desk or customer service preferred
  • ability to handle cash and perform accounting tasks
  • proficiency with hotel property management systems
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to work independently during overnight shifts

Job Duties

  • Post, report, and balance the daily transactions and payments of the hotel’s lodging operation and the other various outlets of the hotel for end-of-day reporting
  • perform the required end of day routines on the applicable hotel systems
  • attend to guest registration, room assignments, and special requests
  • take, modify, and update room reservations
  • accurately record and process guest charges, credits, and payments
  • assist and respond to all guest inquiries in person, phone, or email as appropriate
  • deliver the brand and company promises
