- Guest first attitude towards hospitality
- Broad range of technology experience including property management systems
- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or tech is a plus
- Ability to understand and convey business and technical concepts
- Quick learner of software systems
- Based in Laguna Beach, CA area
- Willing to work some weekends and evenings full time
- Comfortable communicating in English and Spanish preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or real estate preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with property management systems and technology usage
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Willingness to learn new software quickly
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
Job Duties
- Conduct live check-ins for arriving guests
- Receive, organize, and stock deliveries of housekeeping and operational supplies
- Lift, move, unpack, and organize the office and storeroom
- Guide guests through the AvantStay experience ensuring a positive first impression
- Communicate regularly with the field team about guest arrivals and requests
- Use technology to release check-in instructions and close out live check-in cases in Salesforce
- Assist with inventory duties such as preparing items for the field team and tracking linen and consumable use
- Maintain and organize office and surrounding gathering spaces
