Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Ability to move about non hard surfaces and occasionally bend, handle, pull, reach, push and stoop
- Frequently lift objects up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift heavier objects with assistance
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment with exposure to freezers, ovens and coolers
- Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain regular and predictable full attendance
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods following product handling information
- Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on production charts
- Package freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, breads, pies, and cakes
- Decorate special order or case product
- Rotate and store bakery products according to food safety and freshness policies
- Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
- Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, display fixtures and food surfaces
- Operate bakery equipment safely following proper work methods
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards
- Generate labels and price tickets for bakery goods
- Answer member questions and take special orders
- Maintain all club policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned including working in other departments
- Maintain regular and predictable full attendance
