- Previous customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of baking principles or willingness to learn
- Ability to work overnight and early morning shifts
- Capability to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

- Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, restaurant, grocery or retail setting
- Experience baking and working in a bakery with dough made from scratch
- Ability to follow recipes precisely
- Advanced organizational, mathematical and time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties
- Provide a high-quality product to our customers
- Approach, educate and offer meal solutions to our customers
- Work in an accurate and timely manner
- Prepare dough made from scratch following recipes
- Collaborate with overnight and daytime bakery teams
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery area
- Manage production schedules to ensure product availability
