- valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned district
- strong communication and relationship-building skills
- self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in sales
- organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- proficient with basic technology (CRM, email, ordering platforms)
- food service, hospitality, or distribution experience preferred
- customer service, sales, or account management background preferred

Job Duties
- work directly with an assigned district to support customer relationships and sales initiatives
- provide vacation and temporary coverage for DSCs, including customer visits, order management, and issue resolution
- learn and execute Cash-Wa's sales process, pricing structure, and promotional execution
- collaborate with Business Development, Purchasing, Operations, and Warehouse teams to support customer needs
- maintain accurate customer notes, follow-ups, and activity tracking in company systems
- develop working knowledge of customer segments including restaurants, healthcare, education, casinos, C-stores, and hospitality
- participate in sales meetings, trainings, and ride-alongs as assigned
- always uphold Cash-Wa's service standards and customer-first mindset
