Job Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in administrative support
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with MS Office software
- Ability to handle phone calls and correspondence professionally
- Must be 21 years or older
- Clean driving record
- Current negative TB test or medical clearance
- Must meet fingerprint clearance qualifications
- Ability to assist and safely transport patients
- Must work onsite
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in healthcare administration preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a clinical environment
- Self-directed and quick learner
- Warm and calm demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Clean driving record
- Bilingual skills a plus
Job Duties
- Receiving and screening telephone calls, letters, and or visitors
- Assist the Director in answering routine questions and furnishing information
- Assist the Director in organizing files, correspondence, and records, and follow up on pending matters
- Routes and answers routine correspondence
- Prepares routine letters and memoranda for the Director
- Prepares special reports, gathering and summarizing data
- Performs related duties, as requested
