Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Current Riverside County Food Handler Card
- Effective communication skills with members, guests, and coworkers
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather
- Availability for flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Current Riverside County Food Handler Card
- Must be able to communicate effectively with members, guests, and coworkers
- Must be able to remain on feet standing and walking for long periods of time, up to 8 hours
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
- Must be able to work outdoors, exposure to various weather conditions such as heat, cold, wind and rain
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must have a valid driver license
Job Duties
- Open and close all golf food outlets on a daily basis
- Keep all outlet stations neat, organized and well stocked
- Store outlet food properly and according to food safety guidelines
- Put away outlet food and beverage deliveries
- Maintain stock levels at the sales office and fitness areas
- Assist golf staff and outlet attendants during daily busy periods
- Take food or beverage orders on course to relay to kitchen when necessary
- Track specified food items taken from the kitchen on weekly outlet tracking sheets
- Communicate inventory needs when par levels are low
- Greet all members formally by using their surname
- Perform simple food prep tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned
