Job Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A
  • 9 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • no DWIs in the past 7 years
  • no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
  • pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, and human performance evaluation
  • no preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
  • no NYC or Canada routes

Job Qualifications

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • minimum of 9 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
  • clean driving record with no preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
  • ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and human performance evaluation
  • knowledge of vehicle inspection and maintenance
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage time and routes effectively

Job Duties

  • Operate tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
  • adhere to all DOT and company safety regulations
  • deliver freight on time to designated locations
  • maintain accurate records using electronic logging devices and smartphone applications
  • perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
  • ensure proper handling of no-touch freight
