Job Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A
  • 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • No DWIs in the past 7 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
  • Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, and human performance evaluation
  • No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
  • No NYC or Canada routes

Job Qualifications

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Minimum 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • Clean driving record with no DWIs in the past 7 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • Ability to pass pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, and human performance evaluation
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
  • Strong communication and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Drive tractor-trailer safely and efficiently according to assigned routes
  • Ensure all freight is transported without damage using no-touch freight procedures
  • Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety standards at all times
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle
  • Maintain accurate logs of hours of service and vehicle operation
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate delivery schedules
  • Utilize technology for managing loads, submitting paperwork, and tracking routes
