Job Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- No DWIs in the past 7 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, and human performance evaluation
- No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
- No NYC or Canada routes
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving record with no DWIs in the past 7 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Ability to pass pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, and human performance evaluation
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- Strong communication and time management skills
Job Duties
- Drive tractor-trailer safely and efficiently according to assigned routes
- Ensure all freight is transported without damage using no-touch freight procedures
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety standards at all times
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle
- Maintain accurate logs of hours of service and vehicle operation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate delivery schedules
- Utilize technology for managing loads, submitting paperwork, and tracking routes
