- must have the ability to work evenings and weekends
- must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs, bend, kneel, pull, push, twist and stand for an extended period of time

Job Duties
- sweeping and mopping floors daily and as needed
- taking out trash and recyclables as needed
- ensuring cages and runs including drains, grates, and doors are cleaned daily and as needed
- processing laundry as needed
- disinfecting and cleaning equipment regularly
- maintaining equipment within the hospital as applicable and reporting broken or malfunctioning equipment
- reporting broken or malfunctioning infrastructure and requesting work orders
- maintaining inventory and replenishing stock regularly
- checking supply expiration dates as needed
- practicing appropriate infection control measures in biohazardous areas
