Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- at least one year of related work experience
- at least one year of supervisory experience
- availability for evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- weekend availability required
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- ability to follow company policies and safety standards

Job Duties
- Complete cashier and closing reports in the computer system
- review shift logs and document pertinent information in logbooks
- contact appropriate departments to resolve guest requests or problems
- process guest check-ins by verifying reservations and guest identity
- sell accommodations to walk-in guests based on availability
- ensure rates match market codes and document exceptions
- charge outlet checks to guest rooms
- assist management in training and motivating employees
- serve as first point of contact for fair treatment procedures
- report accidents and unsafe conditions
- follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
- welcome guests and anticipate service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- communicate clearly and professionally
- maintain positive working relationships
- ensure adherence to quality standards
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- move objects up to 25 pounds
- perform additional duties as requested
