Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related work experience
- Weekend availability
- Evening shift availability from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is desirable
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Must comply with company policies and appearance standards
Job Qualifications

- Experience in a supervisory role preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Proficient in computer systems and reservations software
- Ability to work evening shifts and weekends
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system
- Review employee shift logs and daily memo books and document relevant information
- Contact appropriate person or department to resolve guest calls, requests or issues
- Process all guest check-in records by verifying reservations, guest identity, payment, assigning rooms and issuing keys
- Sell rooms or accommodations to guests without reservations based on availability
- Ensure rates comply with market standards and document rate exceptions
- Scan and charge accounts from various points of sale to guest room accounts
- Assist management with training, evaluation, coaching, discipline, motivation, and serve as first point of contact for fair treatment and open door policy
- Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions
- Conduct safety training and obtain certifications
- Comply with company policies and procedures and maintain professional appearance
- Welcome and recognize guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs and assist guests with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally and answer phones properly
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships
- Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards
- Stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods
- Move, lift, transport, push, drag, and locate objects weighing 25 pounds or less
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
