Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Able to work evening shifts
- Available on weekends
- Ability to use computer systems for guest management
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Commitment to uphold company policies and appearance standards
- Willingness to participate in safety training and obtain certifications

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Proficiency with computer systems for guest management

- Familiarity with safety procedures and policies
Job Duties
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system
- Review employees’ shift logs and daily memo books and document relevant information in records
- Contact appropriate departments such as bell services and housekeeping to resolve guest calls, requests, or issues
- Process guest check-in by confirming reservations, verifying guest identification, requesting payment methods, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys
- Sell rooms or accommodations to walk-in guests based on availability and ensure rate compliance
- Ensure that accounts from various outlets such as gym or retail are scanned and charged to guest room accounts
- Assist management in training, evaluating, advising, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
- Serve as an example and first point of contact for the “Fair Treatment Guarantee and Open Door Policy” process
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management
- Conduct safety trainings and obtain certifications
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company property
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Anticipate and fulfill guest service needs
- Show genuine appreciation to guests
- Assist persons with disabilities
- Use clear and professional language in communication
- Handle phone calls using proper protocol
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships
- Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during the shift
- Move, lift, push, pull, and place objects weighing 25 pounds or less without assistance
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
