Job Requirements

  • Experience as a multi-unit supervisor
  • history of dependability, longevity, and skills supervising managers and working within a corporate structure

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work with a diverse base of customers, managers, team members, and office staff
  • ability to work in all positions in the restaurant
  • ability to assess and understand the dynamics of a properly run shift
  • ability to coach and guide management staff to achieve the highest level of performance
  • prefer college degree but equivalent experience and success may be substituted for degree

Job Duties

  • Teaching, training and development of management and hourly staff
  • develop business plans to improve sales and cost management
  • ensure quality products and quality service
  • solve operational problems
  • ensure proper and timely documentation and reports
  • adherence to policies and procedures
  • be involved in terminations
  • follow restaurant security procedures
  • handle customer complaints
  • attend restaurant and corporate meetings
  • deliver and pickup paperwork, distribute pertinent information
