Job Requirements
- Experience as a multi-unit supervisor
- history of dependability, longevity, and skills supervising managers and working within a corporate structure
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work with a diverse base of customers, managers, team members, and office staff
- ability to work in all positions in the restaurant
- ability to assess and understand the dynamics of a properly run shift
- ability to coach and guide management staff to achieve the highest level of performance
- prefer college degree but equivalent experience and success may be substituted for degree
Job Duties
- Teaching, training and development of management and hourly staff
- develop business plans to improve sales and cost management
- ensure quality products and quality service
- solve operational problems
- ensure proper and timely documentation and reports
- adherence to policies and procedures
- be involved in terminations
- follow restaurant security procedures
- handle customer complaints
- attend restaurant and corporate meetings
- deliver and pickup paperwork, distribute pertinent information
