Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Availability to work evening shifts and weekends
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to follow company policies and procedures

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
Job Duties
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system
- Review shift logs and daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks
- Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
- Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, verifying guest identity, requesting payment, assigning rooms, and issuing keys
- Sell rooms to guests without reservations based on availability and ensure rates match market codes
- Ensure checks from outlets are scanned and charged to rooms
- Assist management with training, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
- Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome guests, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express appreciation
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop positive working relationships
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move objects up to 25 pounds
- Perform other job duties as assigned
