Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry preferably in a quick-service restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts calmly and professionally
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of McDonald’s operational procedures and food safety standards is a plus
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Further education or relevant certifications in hospitality management is a plus
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry preferably in a quick-service restaurant setting
- Knowledge of McDonald’s operational procedures food safety standards and customer service principles is advantageous
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team and interact with customers
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of restaurant staff including crew members and shift leaders
- Train mentor and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence and provide outstanding customer service
- Conduct performance evaluations set performance goals and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and development
- Ensure all operational procedures food safety and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management to order supplies and products as needed
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of food to maintain consistency quality and presentation
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
