Job Duties

  • Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service and adherence to brand standards
  • Maintain a polished, upscale dining atmosphere, ensuring consistency in service, presentation, and ambiance
  • Partner with culinary leadership to align service flow with kitchen execution
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional, personalized guest service
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and satisfaction metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Coach and mentor managers, supervisors, and hourly staff
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and hospitality excellence
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and maintenance
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
