Job Duties
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service and adherence to brand standards
- Maintain a polished, upscale dining atmosphere, ensuring consistency in service, presentation, and ambiance
- Partner with culinary leadership to align service flow with kitchen execution
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional, personalized guest service
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and satisfaction metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Coach and mentor managers, supervisors, and hourly staff
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and hospitality excellence
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and maintenance
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
