Job Requirements
- Must have prior experience as a First Assistant Golf Professional at a private club
- Minimum of four years as a golf operations supervisor
- Must be at least in the PGA PGM Level 1 program
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with major coursework in business administration or related field

- Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Manage golf operations and operational team day-to-day
- Assist Director of Golf in budget management and revenue maximization
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and training
- Oversee tournament operations and collaborate with handicap committee
- Supervise Golf Professionals, Golf Shop Associates, Starters, Players Assistants, and Player Services to maintain safety and pace of play
- Manage golf reservations and serve as point of contact for Golf Sales and membership
- Prepare reports and recommendations for Director of Golf
